Linus’ Bama Style Barbecue, Seoul

After working my way through a bunch of Korean BBQ in Seoul I was in the mood for something a little more American.

Linus’ Bama Style BBQ in Itaewon, which is run by a real life American was packed when we got there, we waited about 25 minutes for a table but it was definitely worth it.

The side dishes here were all straight fire especially the fried okra!

Smokey mac & cheese x Fried okra x Potato & gravy

The main event though was the brisket.
It was smokey and tender and had those little burnt bits… sweet baby jesus.

Brisket x Skinny ass fries x Slaw in the raw
