After working my way through a bunch of Korean BBQ in Seoul I was in the mood for something a little more American.
Linus’ Bama Style BBQ in Itaewon, which is run by a real life American was packed when we got there, we waited about 25 minutes for a table but it was definitely worth it.
The side dishes here were all straight fire especially the fried okra!
The main event though was the brisket.
It was smokey and tender and had those little burnt bits… sweet baby jesus.
